食材やお料理を大切にした昔の習慣、保管ができる寒い季節ならではの行事ですね。
今年の我が家の手作りお節料理、漆の重箱に詰めて皆でいただきました。
これほど準備に何日もかける会食ではなくても、手料理の食事会を平和の象徴として、特に今年から、大切に考えていきたいと思います
